This website presents HaichangXing connectivity products and services. HaichangXing Technology leads product design, manufacturing, and global supply from Shenzhen, China. HAI CHANG XING PLT, SSM registration 202204003470 (LLP0033769-LGN), operates Malaysia sales and customer-support activities for HaichangXing products and services. Its registered address is 29B-03-05, Maritime Suite, Persiaran Karpal Singh 2, Georgetown, Pulau Pinang 11600, Malaysia.

For Malaysia-facing sales and support communications, including WhatsApp support, HAI CHANG XING PLT is responsible for handling the personal information described in this policy. Contact: zhaihai@haichangxing.com.

2. Information we collect

  • Order, product, device, warranty, delivery, and customer-support information.
  • Messages, files, and consent records when you contact us through our website, email, or WhatsApp.
  • Technical information needed to keep the website secure, such as IP address, browser type, request time, and anti-spam signals.
  • Payment status and transaction references supplied by payment providers. We do not store full payment-card numbers.

  • Answer product, compatibility, order, delivery, warranty, and support questions.

4. WhatsApp and SIM support

Our official Malaysia WhatsApp contact is +60 11-1752 9919. WhatsApp communications are handled according to our WhatsApp Messaging Policy. Please do not send passwords, OTP codes, payment-card data, full national identity numbers, passport numbers, or unredacted identity documents through WhatsApp or the website contact form.

For YES SIM activation, customers should use the official MyYes app and complete identity verification inside the operator's eKYC flow. Official support is available through the YES support page or yescare@yes.my. We do not ask customers to post full identity documents in ordinary WhatsApp chat.

5. Sharing and international transfers

We may share only the information reasonably necessary with payment processors, logistics providers, technical hosting providers, Meta/WhatsApp, mobile network operators when requested for lawful service activation, professional advisers, or authorities where required by law. Because our manufacturing and support activities may involve Malaysia, China, and international service providers, information may be processed outside your country with appropriate safeguards.

6. Retention and security

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purpose collected, legal obligations, dispute handling, warranty support, or security. We use access controls, encrypted connections, audit records, and data-minimisation practices, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
